This detached Caribbean-style villa offers 90 m² of living space and includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a dressing room for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower, two toilets, and a spacious living room.

La Casita is situated on the private grounds of a magnificent, secure estate with a vast, lush, and exotic 2,900 m² garden featuring typical Caribbean vegetation.

It boasts a large swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a large living room and dining room opening directly onto the pool, and free private indoor parking. It is the only rental unit on the property.

Among the amenities, you will have access to free Wi-Fi (an access code will be provided upon arrival), an alarm system, camera surveillance, an automatic electric gate with electronic locking and unlocking, 14 solar panels with 16 batteries, an inverter ensuring a continuous power supply, hot water, an INAPA connection, treated municipal water, a safe, and windows with wooden shutters and mosquito nets.

For your convenience, grocery stores are located 50 meters away.

Tastefully decorated and nestled in a peaceful setting, the villa is nevertheless close to the village and beaches. It offers all modern comforts while respecting the exotic charm of the Dominican Republic.

Its large private pool with an outdoor shower is surrounded by a lush garden and typical Caribbean vegetation. For your information, regarding mosquito protection, we regularly treat the garden with a special mosquito repellent and are very strict about it.
