They said the pool area was open but all of the beach chairs were broken and hot tub was out of order. The room didn’t have blankets and was only provided sheets. Was told unapologetically that they were out and therefore nothing could be done. I could leave but because I booked through a third party, I wasn’t eligible for a refund

Disappointed Stay – Requesting Refund Due to Major

Review: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was simply not up to basic hospitality standards. There was no hot water during my stay, which is unacceptable at any level of accommodation. The bathtub stopper was broken, so even if there had been hot water, I couldn’t enjoy a proper bath. The bed only had a thin sheet—no blanket, no comforter—which made for an uncomfortable night. The coffee setup was also lacking—there were no proper creamers or sweeteners, and I had to walk over to the casino just to make it taste somewhat decent. These are small touches, but they really matter when you’re trying to feel at home. There were multiple other issues I don’t even have time to list. I’m not someone who complains lightly, but this stay didn’t reflect the quality I expected or paid for. I respectfully request a refund or credit for this stay, as it fell far below reasonable expectations. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these concerns for future guests. —benjamin

The frame of the bed's foot stuck out so far, i and my wife scraped our legs on it. Had ti wrap a towel around it to keep it safe. The furniture in the the bed room was way over sized for the room. The dresser and the foot of the frame was about a half a foot away from each other. It is so close to each other you can't stand there to put your cloths in the dresser. The tile going into the bath room, i almost tripped and fell, the tile is coming up. Out of 10 being the best, I would rate this stay as a 1 being the worst.

Lesson Learned

I definitely won’t be staying here again. I shouldn’t have expected a clean and decent room for under $30. The furniture was too big for the room. The bathroom was not cleaned. Everything was raggedy and broken. I was surprised at how bad it was even for an Arizona Charlies.

Mildew and Urine flavored rooms...

I will probably never stay there again. Be very first room I was given reaked of mildew... We had a late check-in, and my 5-year-old daughter and I went straight to bed. It wasn't until the next morning when we woke up that we realized where the mildew smell was coming from, the entire area from the bathroom to the king bed in the main bedroom, was saturated in water. I'm sure if you lift up the carpet, there's probably black mold. It was that bad. So I went to see the registration area and nobody was there. I waited 25 minutes, and then left with my daughter to proceed with our day. When I got back, it was around 9:00 p.m, and they were able to swap rooms for us, but the new room was a downgrade (literally) and only half the light bulbs worked. The room also smelled like urine. We slept through that night and didn't even bother coming back for our final night there. I would definitely avoid.
