Not a great experience, but a bargain price

Our stay would've been much more enjoyable if: the bed wasn't so hard and the sheets weren't spotted with old blood, the chemical plant our room faced didn't roar all night, trucks visiting the plant didn't rev their engines loudly, if there wasn't a man with a backpack freshening up in the lobby men's room, or if our room wasn't so far from the elevator. I did enjoy the breakfast, the staff was friendly, and the hotel offered many amenities I didn't have time to enjoy.

Everything was excellent but we were very disappointed when we went to have breakfast as we were afraid to eat the eggs, sausage and potatoes as they did not look even close to being cooked all the way.

Rug were very dirty, bathroom door would open into the front door & you couldn’t hardly get into the room or out. Very poor design. Need barn door. Saw a man get beat up the morning of our departure across the street. I would like to be compensated for our terrible room & stay. Also the bed was like a rock and I didn’t get any rest at all. We have alway had good luck with you guys in the past.
