We attended a concert at the Colosseum, so the location was perfect for that. It's also just a short walk across the street to some relaxed restaurants and shopping. Overall, Caesars felt a bit too large and resort-like for my preferences.

Amenities lacking. Everything is charged. Refrigerator is there but cannot put anything in it. Blatant warnings of getting charged if you even displace something. No coffee pods. Even motel 6 has better amenities inside the room. They give you coffee at least

This room came with a spa tub which is becoming hard to find in hotels these days. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room overlooks the pool area. The bathroom had a separate toilet room, stand up shower with amazing water pressure.

The walk-in shower and whirlpool tub were nice. Wherever you walk in the casino area, you’re surrounded by smoke. If you don’t pay for a good view, you get a view of the roof. Front desk and housekeeping need better communication. Pools were either ice cold or heated, and some were closed during our stay. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Bed was comfortable.

When we were checking in I mentioned that its my birthday trip and first-time expected so Ibwant it unforgettable. And when the receptionist asked me if we want housekeeping, I said yes. Next morning before we left we called to confirm that cleaning is coming and requested new towels. At 8pm when we came back room was still same condition. When I went to reception the supervisor apologized and gave me a 100$ credit for my birthday dinner. We decided to go to the restaurant "Amalfi" and from the beginning they refused to sit us cuz they say they were "closing". But the place was empty and after a short conversation they sit us down. Server Michelle from the beginning was rude and didn't take care of us, but she was extremely nice with the other tables. I was waiting for dessert forever cuz dhe was literally ignoring us. Should I mentioned that when we requested Birthday cake, they brought us candle and I was burning it by myself? The worst experience ever!!! In the end they charged us full price even though I said that hotel offered a credit for us. We requested late check-out at 1pm and the next morning housekreping woke us up at 9.30 with words that we have to checking out!!! When I went to reception to check out and they were trying to charge me for the drinks from mini-bar which we had never touched! Also when I mentioned the situation cleaning situation reception started laughing and just called to supervisor. I am still waiting for refund. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was excited to finally get to be at Caesars Palace. Always heard it was the BEST of the best in las Vegas. 1.Check in was very easy. 2. took the offer to upgrade and shouldn't have. 3. room was not vacuumed. 4. table with glass top wasn't clean. 5. thought I asked for room serviced but it didn't happen. 6. the bathroom needs the tile around the edges cleaned. very dusty. And floor mopped. 7. needed help with the shower. I couldn't get it turned on. Maintenance came and showed me how to turn it it. Very nice gentle man. Very helpful!!!!!

Hallway to enter room for overnight guest smelled awful like mildew the room was smaller than anticipated elevators was nasty with trash and hair skin was irritated during stay I got bit lastly blankets had blood stain and other stains next time I’ll stick with the Venetian from here on out
