Beautiful room with an amazing view. Lots of food options. Great strip location. Absolutely loved the pool and highly recommend the daybed rental. We didn’t have the best staff at checkin, especially after we walked all the way up to our room and the keys weren’t activated. While I understand it’s busy at checkin, dismissing a customer’s concern and getting irritated when a question is asked isn’t good customer service or a good first impression. Management made it right though and apologized for the experience. The remainder of the trip was fantastic! So fantastic that we booked a return trip as soon as we got home!

The room was dirty upon arrival the shower, tub(I just avoided using), and bathroom floor had hair from the previous guest. Under the night table and the chair in the living space was items left behind by previous guest. I contacted house keeping (via) who instructed me to leave the privacy tag off the door. I cleaned the shower the night we arrived to ensure we wasn’t stepping into a dirty shower. I gave the house specific detail about my concerns. When the lady came around to clean the room. Everything we had concerns about was not resolved (simple request clean the room from previous guest. Especially if you planning to place new guest in the room. Upon arrival back from the pool. I saw the supervisor from housekeeping checking other rooms. I explained the situation towels, changed beds made. However, items and hair from previous guest still in the room. I showed the supervisor the items and she stated she was going to send the lady back to the room. She did send the lady back to the room. My sister pointed out all the concerns to the lady cleaning the room. She only removed one of the two items from previous guest and never cleaned the bathroom floor the entire time we was there. I feel the request was simple and basic a clean room. I will never stay at Caesar again. The pool area is open for 9 hours with people laying towels on chair in the morning and never returning. The hotel prefer you rent one of the other chairs/ canopies along the side of the pool.

Fantastic hotel. We were given an upgrade on check in which appreciated. Lovely large room in great condition. My only gripe is prices for in room purchases are ridiculously expensive and not even free water. Hotel was also extremely busy at all times so queues and moving around was a little frustrating at times.

Excellent choice, but somewhat inconvenient

The room was exceptional. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issues were with convenience -- pool was only open 9am - 5pm, which made them too inconvenient to visit at all. No coffee pods in the room despite the Keurig machine and no free waters. Coffee downstairs costs $10 after tip. Self-parking was clear across the entire casino, and still cost $25. All that on top of the resort fee. It was very inconvenient to drag luggage through the entire maze of a casino (so just pay the $50 valet). Hector G was nice at the front desk, and helped us get a great room.
