Stayed here for 10 nights with my family, this place offered so much more than they advertised, our room had a full kitchen with dish washer, a dining table, it had two bathrooms with shower and free laundry in every floors, they had a business center which was really helpful. It was just like home away from home. Kids had fun in the pool. Friendly staffs, and they had extra security and we felt safe. Overall it was a good experience. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here last year and we loved it so much that we brought our whole family this time. We got here early so we weren’t able to check in till 3:30 pm , during our wait we had to keep checking and calling if the room was ready . They did offer us a pool key while we waited with our kids but it didn’t work . They gave our room away to another family when we had been there since 11am by mistake they did give it to us in the end . The room was not very clean there was stains on the floor and on the chairs . We got one of the best rooms there a penthouse suite and we were not treated very good , apparently there is new management we were treated better last year when we got a regular room . Our kids liked the pool . Service was not good .

It was good. When we got there it was a lil dirty and the sink in the kitchen didn’t drain. The Roman tub wasn’t all the way clean. But the comfort of it all was great. Hate that there wasn’t a jacuzzi outside on the balcony like it says on the pics. Overall we had a good time and it was a group of 5 we were all comfortable.

I LOVED THE POOL, IT’S AMAZING AND FUN! The restaurant food was good. Devon the receptionist was lovely and professional but I wouldn’t come back here honestly. They blind side you with charges and give the wrong information about payment. Their communication skills needs improvement if not, they will continue upsetting customers. I come from a hospitality industry and I’m a business manager and I know what type of experience customers deserve because I treat others the way I want to be treated. I honestly think they treat you better if you do the time share tour with them, maybe because we declined we had a different experience. There is bad attitude from the staff, housekeeping structure is a mess where you might just not get it until your last day. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere because if you’re paying money to be relaxed and feel stressed during your stay then it’s not worth it.

I reserved 2 rooms with 1 king and 2 twins but when I checked in, there were no more rooms. What was the point of reservation? Security had such a bad attitude for being asked to check a door lock around midnight. Pool slide wasn’t open due to not enough staff but they should have expected that. We couldn’t find luggage carts by the parking area. Bathroom sinks were making an awful noise after use.

Overall the stay was great. A few of staff during check in time were very short and unfriendly. We did not appreciate that. This stay was not given to us, we paid our hard earned money for it.
