The staff were super nice and very helpful. The room and property were clean. However, the room was so noisy! I could hear everything from the room next to mine, including their conversations, and what tv show they were watching. I felt like I was sharing the room with them. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

Check In was easy..I let them know I would be working over nights and didn't need room service daily...she respond and said it is the quietest part of the hotel....the person above was training for the circus...banging so hard the walls vibrated. I was not aware people lived in some of the rooms. I checked out 2 days early and re-booked somewhere else. Stay away

They put a $200 security deposit on your card and leave it there for over 6 days before refunding it. Other motels have a much smaller deposit and refund it much sooner. I enjoyed the stay and the nightly room rate was good for Las Vegas. Check in went well and the property was relatively secure.

Although this hotel isn’t on the strip, they have an hourly shuttle that takes you there. The room and bathroom were quite spacious and everything was clean. The kitchen had many cooking supplies and kitchenware. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

We couldn't connect to WiFi the entire time – the signal was always too low to reliably connect or non-existent. Cell service also happened to be spotty, which rendered our hotspots nearly useless. So I was unable to work and my daughter had major issues taking her online midterm and a lab practical. Lack of WiFi resulted in a lot of headaches and unnecessary stress.

Please note, we stayed in the king studio, which is the smallest room they have. The property is nice, but our room had a few issues. We were in building 1, which isn't as large or as nice as building 2, but it still has plenty of amenities such as a decent gym, sports court, and swimming pool. The room itself was not any bigger than any other hotel room and contained only a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, toaster, mini fridge, microwave, and sink. They had a couple of plates, silverware, and dish soap in the cabinets, which we appreciated. Even though the room and kitchenette were small, they were functional. Our primary issue with this property was the noise from other guests. We were able to hear everything going on in the rooms next to us and no one was being particularly noisy. The sound proofing is just bad. We felt like we had to whisper in the mornings until we heard our neighbors wake up. The other minor issue was that the rooms are not well kept. Our room was clean, but plaster was falling off the walls and caulking was pulling up in the bathroom. This is common in 1 or even 2 star hotel rooms, but 3 star hotels are typically better maintained. Overall, the property was nice, but the room was not great. We made it work, but will likely choose another hotel for future stays.

When I called, they got me into my room early. That was extremely helpful, because otherwise I would have had to take a meeting in a coffee shop. My only complaint would be the noise from our next-door neighbor. The walls seem to be very thin, and we could easily hear their music and later their romantic activity.
