A stain or a crime scene

The room was appalling. It looked as if it had dreamt of cleanliness from birth. A peasant in Revolutionary France would have been cleaner. The floors looked to have endured decades of use without once having felt the loving touch of a mop. Though not for lack of lovers. The bed sheets appeared to have romanticised the idea of an abusive relationship, evidenced by the cigarette burns riddling their visage. I'm quite confident that the toilet was used by a mafioso to beat the head in of some poor victim, as there was a strange red stain just beneath it. Even for Vegas, this was ridiculous.

Parking at the Studio Six is SO EASY! Might be the only place in Las Vegas with easy parking! Our air conditioner was ok, but not great. Thankfully, we had a fan with us. We stayed three nights here. One night at the beginning of our trip and two nights at the end. We were kind of amused at the huge bathroom! So much space! A shelving unit, a large sink, lots of walking around space, a toilet with the fast handle, and then the tiny little shower. And even though it was tiny, it was great! Very secure grab bars, nice water pressure. We kept asking ourselves why such a large bathroom and then such a cramped bedroom? The bedroom had two full sized beds in it. They were wall to wall with very little space separating them. There was a small table. The TV is in a very nice space attached to the wall. The hotel complex is VERY large! So it was quiet and not crowded at all. We were so thankful to be there because we could easily park our car--no parking deck, no pay boxes, no parallel parking--and we could walk to Denny's right next door. We ate all of our meals at Denny's because we did NOT want to drive in Las Vegas. If you are like us and only using Vegas as your place to fly to, this hotel is FANTASTIC! Easy parking, walkable amenities (restaurant, market). If you have come to Vegas for the fancy places, look elsewhere. This is not that, but it was EXACTLY what we needed!!!

The pool is beautiful and not crowded like many resorts. The property is a bit noisy as other reviews have indicated because of the location but I enjoyed staying there. Price, the nice pool, and conveniences of a little store and a Denny’s right next door was great. Security was very visible, that was re-assuring knowing staff was keeping an eye out 24 hrs a day.
Best part of my stay was the pool. Why I booked this place.
