Jessica is always very friendly, hospitable, and easy to deal with...really fits the new image and remodeled/updated physical reality of the premium rooms! Studio 6 premium rooms are really nice; right near the front with a view of the pool. There's a market right there, and you can walk right to the Vegas Strip. Very safe and secure, with high-end camera systems. 🏊‍♂️ The pool is kept very clean and warm... Entire families were enjoying it in January!

The staff was not very welcoming or friendly. The room was absolutely horrible. The bed was springy and everything felt very dirty like we didn’t want to take our shoes off because the floors were so yucky. Definitely not worth saving a few bucks. I would’ve rather stay anywhere else.

Yes, and I had a smoking room, because no ground floof non-smoking room was avaliable, and the smoking room was as if people were in the room smoking constantly. I blame management for not using ozone -smoke removal machines or other means to minimize the smoke smell, and for not keeping ground floor non-smoking rooms available!

Staff was nice, water got very hot and the heat worked fantastic. This is the first room I have ever been in without shampoo though. It is sold in a vending machine for 3.75 for a sample size though. They also don't have a microwave or fridge.

Not as clean as it appears online. Flies and shower were dingy and sketchy. When checking out- I walked into a room filled with pepper spray and had to watch a man get arrested.

Stayed here because i had a 10 hour layover. The room smelled bad. We could hear EVERYTHING that was going on upstairs and next door through a sealed locked door (which was very odd to have that door in the room)The door to the room didn't shut correctly, could hear everything going on outside. We werent able to sleep anything at all so we left sooner than planned.
