Room was interesting, some components brand new (shower, sink, bathroom, TV,) bed/sheets clean, yet tile floor was very old/filthy, baseboards dirty/need painting, and I literally could hear every word of the 4AM conversation in the room next door even though the walls are cinderblock (i.e. there must be pipe/electrical holes not properly sealed). Motel in sketchy area of Vegas, road out front was shut down for nearly 2 hrs due to shooting 1 block away. Front desk was nice, and stay was only for a night so rolled with it

When you pull up you think it’s just your average run down motel .. ohhhh no, the inside was super super clean, full functioning kitchen and a great comfy bed. So spacious and decorated very nicely . If you need an iron, they got you and even give you a portable ironing board. The lady who checked us in was super nice: About a 5 min drive into downtown . I would definitely come back and stay here

The man who helped me at the little window (no office) was very nice and helpful. The reason for the low rate is because this place is very much DOWNTOWN. It seems as though people live at this motel. The room was not the dirtiest. You can tell they did make an effort to make it clean, neat and look as good as they could but it still wasn’t what I was expecting. It also had a weird cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room.

Rooms are large and very clean. You can definitely tell TLC had been put into the room, down to the super soft towels. Would definitely stay there again!

I especially like the fact that the rooms were practically soundproof -- When I walked outside to get something from my car, I could hear the people in the next room arguing -- but once back inside my room, I heard nothing at all. Also, the staff was polite and helpful.
