This Hotel has no maid service in less u stay 5 Days. You have to ask. They expect 2 Adults for 3 night to have only 1 Bath towel 1 Face towel and 2 wash cloths. Don’t make bed or clean bedding with out 5 night stay. I have stayed at the Grand before I have never been informed about this policy. WOW

Absolutely disgusting property. Room was dirty from previous guests. Areas in hallways and near certain rooms smell like animal urine/feces. Holes in the wall of the rooms. Extremely dusty. Writing on the shower glass from some other guest. I would consider the smell so bad it was a health and safety issue. I was charged double the amount of my stay and still have yet to receive answers or a refund

Despite some negative reviews, I opted to book The Grand Hotel! We have a great stay, the room was modern, clean and it was quiet. We also enjoyed the pool. The only downfall was the onsite restaurant/bar wasn't opened. We did have lunch at Triple Georges across the street, and it was ok, I ordered the $20 lunch special and didn't think it was worth the price, I wish I would have ordered the turkey club instead :) Overall great stay! Close to Fremont, clean, quit, safe.

Overall I’d stay here again. Room service was nice in 4 days. Unacceptable really. We could have asked but by time we got home each day we thought surely they would at least exchange the towels and refresh the water bottles. Pool area is really nice and relaxing. Good safety for guests. Casino was also quaint and friendly.
