This property is beautiful! The staff were all amazing. It is attached to a nice shopping center with a few restaurants inside so you don't have to go outside if you'd rather stay in. It's right in the heart of the strip so most things are within walking distance. And if not, they have taxi's on hand 24/7 ready to take you wherever you'd like. Our room was beautiful and had a great view. Did not go to the pool but that looked really nice also. I will stay here every time I come to Vegas from here on out.

We had the 1 bedroom suite. It was just beautiful. Well equipped, with a beautiful view on the 25th floor. The room had all amenities. When you walk out of the hotel the miracle mile shops or right there. Lots of restaurants and really on the Las Vegas trip. Perfect location.

Beautiful hotel. Decent pool (it’s all one depth for the most part). Staff were friendly. Room was great. Easy to get around in the hotel. Hotel attached to Miracle Mile mall. Close to the LV Strip, Planet Hollywood, Cosmopolitan area. Know if you book with Expedia, you will not get Hilton Honors points. This hotel is part of the Hilton Vacations Program so, it didn’t feel quite like a “normal” hotel experience. Not bad, just different. Overall, good experience.

Good location. Stayed in a suite and expected everything to work. The TV streaming didn’t work. Also the bathroom vanity showed signs of heavy use since the veneer was pealing. Lady at checkout was rude and rolled her eyes.

Acces was great to get in n out of room, customer service and housekeeping was top tier Room looked clean and tidy with the exception of the broken leg on the project Biggest con is the parking and lack of mobility for luggage But heavily outweighed by the spectacular view and housekeeping

My review is based on Expedia listing HGV Elara as a 4 star place. I learned while on the trip that Google (maps) has it listed as 3 star. Just a heads up. First, I was expecting a timeshare push. As soon as we got there, they asked if we wanted to sit for the presentation, we said no, and that was that. Pleasantly surprised. Except, it didn't end there. If you want to walk out to the strip, you have to go through their mall and HGV folks are at every exit waiting to pester you. Every time. Multiple times a day. Be prepared for that. This isn't the worst part. The worst part was the condition of the room. It looked like a hastily and poorly refurbished roadside motel. And it was filthy. Mind you, we had a corner suite and attached extra room. There was bacteria in the grout on the sink and in the shower. The fixtures were a mix of chrome, brushed nickel (?), and brushed brass. Tiles, wall paper, and cabinets didn't really match. The in room hot tub looked old and also didn't match the rest of the room. One of the shower lights was out the entire time that we were there. There were stains on the walls in the main area. The safe never worked. I raised this and the bathroom issues and they were never addressed. They basically asked what they should do about it. Despite being on the 20th floor, we could hear everything from the street. Not what I'd expect from a 4 star place.
