The property was spacious and clean but it desperately needed the carpets cleaned as they were really dirty. A/c was very noisy. A full size mirror would have been nice also. Cannot give 5 stars because of the dirty carpet.

Hotel is nice with nice rooms. However, I had a leak in the room, due to an air conditioning leak, which soaked the carpet in the room around the closet, and it wasn't fixed during my four night stay there. They didn't really address it until last night there and then didn't really do much or credit much at all. Just the taxes, and said they would credit a some Hilton points to my account. M

Checking in was not pleasant, the desk staff were in training and it took too long. I had my doubts how the entire stay would be after that! But it was all uphill! What a pleasant surprise! Spacious room, loved the kitchen and amenities, large tub, fabulous view including the Sphere, loved the pool, the gym, the easy access elevator system! Hotel staff from housekeeping to events desk were awesome. Loved the Starbucks access in lobby and close proximity to Mall, restaurants and shows. Easy to get a ride anywhere and the Bell Desk staff were fantastic. Will definately return! Fantastic accommodation!

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Elara in Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The hotel felt very safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The beds were especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout and amenities. One of the biggest highlights was the friendly and professional staff. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, with direct access to shopping and dining through the Miracle Mile Shops. Whether I needed a quick bite, coffee, or wanted to explore a bit of retail therapy, everything was just steps away.
