We found our favorite hotel (convenient, secure, price, quiet) The only thing I didn’t like is that even we know check in at 3 PM. They literally wait till 3 PM, by that time they were like 15 people in line waiting and we can see the frustration on the receptionist, not good costumer service (not smiling or greetings)

We loved our stay here! The rooms are nothing special and would’ve expected a bit more space for the price point we paid but it was a clean place to sleep at our favorite casino in Vegas. The Village Pub has great breakfast and you get 50% off two drinks and one free coffee at the other restaurants in the casino with a hotel stay, which was a great bonus. Free parking close to the strip can’t be beat.

I’ve stayed at this hotel with free parking, close enough to the strip and a fairly inexpensive option. This was the first time I’d seen cockroaches in my room, so I avoided eating at the restaurant within the casino, just in case.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are! I know that this is an older property, but the room was very well appointed, and more importantly very affordable - even after adding the dreaded "Resort Fee", which I am against.

Ellis Island is wonderful location for a short walk to the strip. It was very reasonable and included a great morning coffee from Via Foccacia. Parking was free with easy access. There is a rooftop bar, but it was closed during our stay. The room was OK, and clean with a refrigerator.

The hotel portion was fine. Comfy bed, clean room. The 24 hr restaurant was a bit dirty (table and chairs). The sports bar restaurant was bad service. Anytime I went, different people, all with poor service. Any time I ordered a drink, it took a long time for bar tenders to stop their conversations and then would always remind me that tips aren't included. I was also denied a table and told I could only sit at the bar. The place was never that busy.

Caution

There was no microwave. Very slow answering the front desk phone. I had to go to the desk to get service. The elevator was slow and dirty. The hot tub did not work. Our room was dark and dingy. The vanity was very small with no place for our toiletries. Additionally, there is no place to store luggage.
