The restaurants have taken a step backwards in terms of both quality and value. Service is suffering as well and prices continue to increase. Both the Cafe and Front Yard were disappointing. The rooms are what they are, however, with them deconstructing the F1 infrastructure, our sleep was terrible.

Convenient with the casino directly next-door. And the food discounts were nice. The room was a mediocre hotel. Staff was moderately approachable. Amenities were minimal. Also, the 24 hour restaurant that they advertise in the casino is not good at all and waitress staff are very slow.
Mediocre interior design, but large room. Large comfortable bed and the lighting was pretty good for outfit changes.

The room was good. I have been going here for over a decade, and the staff is great, but it is not the value it once was. The restaurant is no longer a bargain. The claim was that taxes and fees were included with the price I paid, but they still charged a resort fee of $39 a night. What the heck?

It was a good stay. I enjoyed the casino. The rooftop deck was awesome. Some of the floors in the main hotel are a little run down but the bed was comfortable.And it was a good price. I had a good time

People who weren’t staying at the hotel were loud, verbal arguing, a loud motorcycle would come into the parking lot by the casino entrance and the rider would revving the engine. I called to complain about the loud parties in thr parking lot , the drunks arguing and evil knievel w/ his Harley and I was told that the hotel could not control those people regardless if they were on the hotel property. I will never stay there as a guest again.

Clean rooms, clean shower and close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of restaurants, great players club perks and lots of affordable table limits from $5 to $25. With the tearing down of the recent F1 racing structures, it was a little cumbersome traveling around the area, but we can’t blame Ellis Island for that. My only complaint is when housekeeping serviced the room, they only replaced one towel (two of us were staying in the room), and also didn’t refill the in-room coffee service. I had to go down to the front desk in the morning .to restock these items. Other than that our stay was great and we will definitely stay here again.

Where we slept we could hear every single person yelling and talking loud every night outside. A lot of cars and motorcycles in the middle of the night starting their cars and reving it very loud. The entire weekend I had a hard time sleeping . But the plus is that it’s located near everything
