Arrived to hotel by 1pm Spent 50 minutes checking in and hotel Could not accommodate our 4 rooms on same floor or connecting 2 of the rooms rooms (we had babies with Nannies) that ended up being situated 20 rooms apart. Received a message our room was ready while we were out having a late lunch after 4pm When we arrived back to the hotel we waited our turn to be given a key with the incorrect room number but we thought our key did work and were told to stand in line AGAIN when we finally got the correct key and room number the door was not working and had to call a tech from my children’s room. We waited there for over an hour Spoken to two supervisors The first supervisor Kelly had no apologetic tone Supervisor Mark removed resort fees and got us in our room within 5-10 min By that time it was 9:3pm Totally unacceptable Even when I kept reminding everyone I spoke to I had 2 babies with me

The Encore

The Encore is a beautiful hotel and its sister hotel, The Wynn, is equally as beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The room was beautiful, clean, and large. However, the bed is a little too firm for my liking. It’s a great place to stay.
