unfortunately our experience was far from great. There was hair in the bathroom, no shampoo or soap in the shower, and no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. When we requested these items, it took almost 30 minutes for them to arrive, and the staff member who brought them had a noticeably poor attitude. The queen sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and very noisy, even for kids. The only positive aspect of our stay was the swimming pool. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family and me.

Original room they sent us too wasn’t cleaned, smelled like mildew and was gross. Second room was cleaner but had a lot of issues. Dishwasher didn’t work & bed was super uncomfortable.

Perfect location while attending an event at South Point Hotel/Casino. I've stayed at South Point in the past and rooms at the Grandview are much nicer and more spacious. Room had a kitchenett which was nice to have.

The reception, Razia was excellent. She was polite and professional throughout the whole check in process.The room was clean and the property had many things to do.Our tour guide,Izzy, was excellent also.Every staff member we encountered was very helpful.I would definitely stay again.

The rooms were just okay overall. Unfortunately, they were not very clean. The AC did not work properly, the towels appeared dirty, and the sheets had an unpleasant smell. We also had issues with the sinks clogging up. Because of these issues, our stay was not as comfortable as expected.
