Room issues Harrah’s Casino

Harrahs Casino is in a great location and we love the casino floor, entertainment and food options and it’s easy to navigate, and the people on the floor are very kind and attentive. The rooms leave a little more to be desired. They are dated, beds and pillows uncomfortable (thin) without any amenities most expect in a room these days (decent towels; theirs are very thin and obviously old and worn, cheap bath tissue, no refrigerator and no coffee or tea maker in the room). Cleaning service not thorough. We had to call every day to have our room cleaned. At check-in after paying an early check-in fee, when we got to our room, it had been very poorly cleaned. I mean, I’m not that picky, but there was make up on the bathroom counter and splashed spilled drinks on the walls and the bottom part of the bed. it didn’t even appear that the room had really been wiped down. While they did return to clean the room upon request, the front desk didn’t seem to think this was even an issue, almost like they were doing me a favor by coming back to finish the job. Overall, a great trip, and I would probably stay at Harrah’s again, but I’m not sure I would without a pretty deeply discounted room rate. Have fun!

This hotel is just kind of depressing. I would not stay there again. It was extremely loud at night trying to go to sleep. The closet in the room was in the bathroom. Good location luckily because I did not want to spend time at the hotel at all.

Great location close to the sphere for my concert nice amenities in the casino, including bars and restaurants. Go to Pizza cake for a late night slice. I booked on Expedia and they gave me the wrong room. I called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I needed 1 queen bed. I got two queens. The view was horrible of the parking garage and I was in the wrong tower. I booked a Mountain tower and I got Valley. They didn't care. They just told me it's booked and I should call back in the morning.

2 days no internet to the TV only 1 of 3 elevators working. Long waits for the elevator sometimes had 2 wait 4 runs because it was full. Sushi restaurant never opened. Chicken place was closed 3 days. Coffee shop had no blenedr to make the iced drinks. No chocolate to make a mocha coffee. Not enough staff at the cashier had to wait a long time.

Harrahs in and of itself was a decent place to stay, but if you haven’t been to Las Vegas in awhile be prepared… it has gotten ridiculously expensive to the point it isn’t worth it. In addition to the $350 we paid a night, we paid $50 a day for resort fees. My martini was $22, a regular coffee was $7. Vegas used to be a fun place, now it is a money grab that doesn’t have any real value.

For the price, in any other locale you would expect a 5 star property, but not on the strip in las Vegas anymore. The hotel appears as a second tier property, with older carpets and decor. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom large with a nice shower. The shower door is only 1/2 the size of the shower, leaving a wide open area for the warm air to escape making it hard to stay warm in the shower. The shampoo, conditioner that were supplied were of the cheapest quality which I did not appreciate, considering how much we paid for our room. The reason we stayed here was because we had tickets to the Donny show which was excellent. It was great to leave the show and to be able to get to our room without having a long walk on the strip. The staff were courteous and helpful, but I doubt I will return because I thought the cost was way too high for the experience.

NEAR TO ALMOST EVERYTHING BATHROOM GETS FLOOD WHENEVER WE GET SHOWER, ROOM SETUP NOT GOOD ENOUGH, THERE WAS A COFFEE MAKER BUT NO COFFEE OR SUPPLY TO USE. BOOKED A MOUNTAIN TOWER BUT WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER TOWER WITH BLDG TOPS VIEW?
