Disliked: Amenities
1. Overcharged by hotel to my credit card v. what my Expedia Invoice stated, requiring me to dispute the difference.
2. Very dated room and not functionally well thought out.
For example, the table was so big and the chairs so large that sitting at them to do anything was impossible and interfered with the other person getting in and out of bed.
3. Mattress separated from the headboard and could not be repositioned - leaving the SINGLE pillow to fall down in the crack continuously. So, no extra pillows. No blankets - just a duvet.
3. Really really ignorant staff. For example, had no idea where to get the Duece local bus or pay for tickets. Had no extras at the front desk like toilet paper or coffee, unlike every normal hotel I stay in (I travel 40 weeks/year).
4. I know it is LV and I know prices are at the point where tourism is down and likely to stay that way; but $5 for a bottle of water than costs $0.05 at Walmart?
5. It was getting cold and the hotel runs out of propane at the Valet Desk AND NO HEATER for us Uber/Lyft/Taxi standees at the median pick-up point.
