Caution!

Be careful! Holiday Inn Desert Rose cancelled my Hotels.com reservation for reasons they could not explain, although I had all the proper confirmation emails. I have booked at hotels.com for years without issue, but this time was different. After a stressful 15 minutes, they suddenly “found” my reservation but would NOT honor the price that I had booked it at originally so this cost me an additional $150. Their “solution” was to have us sit through their selling spiel to get $200 back which we did not have time for nor wanted to do. Room was comfortable, furnishings a bit dated, and pools are way smaller than the website. It served our needs (close to the Sphere) but I will not book again.

Stayed here on our way to Utah. Even though we only booked it a few days before we got there we were able to get a room where we could see the Sphere from our bedroom and balcony. Nice and clean hotel. Would stay here again.
