We were screamed at on Saturday night by a guest for talking too loud. Asked to move rooms on Saturday night, we were told we could but it would be midday the next day, confirmed this was going to happen via text the next day, and when we went to check into our new room the girl at the front acted like we didn't communicate properly, she was rude and not thorough, when we explained everything and she actually read the notes she realized we were correct. No apology, and we felt like we were the problem. I won't be staying her again.

Excellent stay with the family. Way better than being on the strip, but yet a 10 minute drive and you are there. Will stay here again next time. Rooms were clean, lobby was clean, breakfast was great.
