Recently stayed here from April 6-9, 2025 and I will say that my stay was a 10/10! Had no problems when getting in and no problems during my stay. Check out was quick and easy. Hot tub was a huge plus because with walking around all day and night it was nice going back to our room and soaking in the hot tub for some comfort and relaxation! Weather was perfect at this time of year and wasn’t super crowded on the strip!

It was really nice, not on the strip but yet steps away, felt so wonderfully isolated from the chaos. Connected to the MGM but you don't smell the smoke, and yet get to enjoy all of the amenities of the Big MGM. Game changer for my next visits..

It was okay not great

The properly was okay for our family stay its was conveniently located next to MGM and the access to nearby restaurants was good.i give it a 3 stars as the place was not clean enough it had dirty carpet and one of the sinks were plugged. The shampoo and soaps were not good quality and they smell bad another negative point was Valet that demanded a tip every time you get your car and another tip once you dropped it off

Great place. Spacious rooms. Great valet service. The one thing that was disappointing was that they only had 1 of the 5 pools open at the MGM property. The hot tub was full of kids who wanted to splash in it.

Terrible communications with jet luxury. Requested my email address and phone number but never sent advance information or my folio after the trip. When communicating with them the morning of check-in, they couldn't find my reservation and when they finally did I was provided with an inaccurate room number which caused a ton of confusion at check-in. Hindsight 20/20, I would definitely just book with MGM signature directly next time. Way less middleman nonsense.

Absolutely gorgeous room.. hot water was an issue after the first day, and tv was difficult to watch, as there was only scrolling through channels as opposed to selecting app or a channel guide.
