Plenty of room for a large group. We also found the house clean which is always one of our main ratings for any home we rent. Communication with the host was comfortable and accessible.

The property manager was absolutely attentive to our needs. Check-in was amazing and the day was wonderful. Definitely would stay again. Only thing I wish is that the pool was heated. We were staying in December and the pool was not heated.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The pictures posted are not what you are getting! Upon walking up to the house, the door and walkway are dingy and need attention. The digital key entry is awkward and frustrating. Inside, there are broken frames, huge dings in the walls that have been patched but not painted, no hand soap in the upstairs bathrooms, toilet paper holders are broken or even missing, towel racks were broken and not replaced, the oven was broken and not available, the ice machine did not dispense the ice, the kitchen tile counter is scratched and really disgusting, the heater did not heat the house and we wore our jackets all weekend, and overall the house needs a major paint job. I immediately contacted the host and they offered to send over a crew to take care of the issues but it was too late! The repairs and up keep should have been done BEFORE our arrival. Do not stay here!!!! You will be highly disappointed as we were! It's unfortunate as there are great places to eat and the neighborhood is quiet, but none of that matters because the house is in need of some serious attention. I documented with photos and sent them to the host! At one point after our stay the host offered us a small refund but when I asked for more than what was offered, the host went silent! I have reached out again, but no reply.

No oven and no gas in grille.

Everything was good, except for the face that the grille tank was empty and the oven knob was broken so NO OVEN- NO CHRISTMAS DINNER. Completely defeated the idea of cooking for family so we went out. Why?

Disappointing Stay/Experience

Our family stayed here for thanksgiving, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.The first thing to note was the property was not clean. Before we even entered the property, there were papers and trash in the front yard and the walkway leading to the front door. The back patio was riddled with cigarette butts.Upon arrival we had issues using the access code to open the front door. When you touch the key pad to light up the numbers, the system counts where you touch as the first number in the code. So if you just touch it randomly to get it to light up, the code will not work. Once we entered we tried to turn the heat on since it was in the 40s outside, only to find out that the heat did not work. We messaged the host the next morning and they wanted us to troubleshoot it ourselves which did not work because heat was not an option on the thermostat. They gave us a code to reset it, and that did not work either. After much back and forth, they sent someone out to look at it - he couldn't do anything because there was no heat setting on the thermostat. Finally that evening the host dropped off 3 small space heaters, which helped but we had already gone 2 nights with no heat. The kitchen was undersupplied with cooking utensils. There were minimal pots and pans and even the largest pan was really old.We asked the host for a small partial refund for all the issues (mainly the heat) and he said he would get back to us and never did. Overall disappointing.

5 day stay

The pool was a big asset being as hot as it was during our stay. The AC was fairly new and kept us very cool. We were 6 people. Space was great. Kitchen had everything you would need. Ample towels and clean. Hostess was wonderful, answering any and all questions.

Horrible customer service. The first night we were there the refrigerator went out. After two hours of texting, they said they would have a repairman come look at it. They did not. And they said the repairman would come the next day and he did not. For the four nights that we were there, the repairman never showed up, we had to buy a cooler and all the ice to keep our food cold for the Seven of us that we’re staying there I will never stay there again or any other property around by this company. It was beyond frustrating. And this was the only time our family was going to be all together for the year.

Great for the right clientelle!

This VRBO would be great for the right crowd. I was housing athletes and competitors for a competition. This house would be better suited for couples traveling to Vegas for a good time. Good distance from the strip, but the neighborhood felt safe.

We had plenty of space for our family in a clean safe neighborhood with lots of convenient stores and restaurants near by. Great area to stay if you eajt to see Vegas but not stay in a hotel in the hustle and bustle

Great location

House is in a great location. Only 20 minutes to downtown. Very clean and well maintained. Love the space. Pool was clean and nice backyard with cornhole and lounging chairs. Would definitely stay here again. Host was fantastic and received great communication.
