I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with the service. We called to request tissues/Kleenex, but there was no human staff to speak with—everything was handled by AI, and we never received what we asked for. I also requested housekeeping to clean the room and change the bed sheets, but no one came, and the dirty sheets were left on the bed. The restaurants are extremely expensive and noticeably understaffed. Even at breakfast, we waited about 30 minutes just to receive a cold cup of coffee. The only positives are that the hotel is new, and the carpets, elevators, and common areas are in good condition. Unfortunately, the lack of hospitality overshadowed everything else.
