The communication with the owner was good. He was very responsive. His housekeeping staff is terrible. When we got to the room it was clearly not cleaned aside from the bedding being changed and maybe a quick wipe down of some areas. But there were wrappers and tags from clothing that people had purchased before our stay left on the nightstands and in the bathroom and hairs in the sink and shower and bathtub and Clem's of dirt and dust on the floor. So we really did not do very much in the room as we had hoped to relax and enjoy the jacuzzi tub but had serious doubts as to the only us of the room. It also had a very strong smell of smoke. Since it was late in the evening nothing could be done that night and we had to go to the grocery store to get some spray so that it was tolerable for us overnight. The next day he said housekeeping would come and tidy it up, we were in the room when they arrived and we left to give them space to clean but when we came back I think they turned around and left after we left because the exact same areas I had taken pictures of and sent the owner still had the exact same wrappers hairs and dirt on them so I'm really not sure what they did.
