While i was able to check in and do most everything online and in the MGM App, it was a bit confusing when mynroom was in the W Las Vegas Hotel. I had a difficult time finding the room and there was limited staff at 3am. However, our room was fantastic and we were so suprise with the value. It was a real treat when we actually made it there!! Clean and beautiful!!

Stayed 5 nights at the Mandalay for Wrestlemania. When you enter it’s like a palace. I wished the hotel had a breakfast buffet so I don’t have to look for a restaurant every morning. I guess all hotels in Vegas are like this.Besides that everything else was smooth and had a great time staying here.

The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Many shops to check out.There was a lot of walking and it was a hike to get coffee in the morning. Parking was quite far away too.

They had me searching for my credit card after telling me it was at security. The pool closed at 6pm we never got to enjoy it .. my sheets looked old and dirty and my daughter found a condoms box under the bed by the nite stand .. i wasnt happy it wasn't the best like i thought it be
