The check in was a nightmare and i felt pressure to upgrade. It was disappointing that if i wanted a fridge it was 40.00 more a night. Also, if i wanted to actuality talk to front desk and my room was available early, i would be charged 20.00 but not if i did it on the machines.... crazy and confusing. For this alone, i wouldn't stay again.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was all very helpful. We had an issue with our curtain, we reported it to the front desk and maintenance was there almost immediately to fix it. Was overall a great stay! Would recommend!

I stayed for a week at another property for business. After that i extended my stay 5 more days down the strip to New York New York. They started construction near my room that day. Because they were booked I had to wait to get another room. I kept asking if I could pay for an upgrade, as the rooms were kinda small. No response! Our replacement room was the same, no offer to upgrade or acknowledge the request. I was very clear I wanted to pay to upgrade. The pool is small. The foods has good choices. But that was it. Next time I go I’ll stay somewhere with nicer accommodations a better pool and hopefully staff that wants to help make your stay fun.
