This is our third time staying at NYNY and we never regret it. We were accommodated where needed and always enjoy the casino. The only con is the smoking in the casino but we could choose to stay at a non smoking casino if it really bothered us. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Breakfast at the American was poor. The ham and cheese omelette and hash browns were tasteless. The room and pool were great (water in the pool was cold). Check in and out was automated. I prefer in person but it was seamless once you understood it
