Upon arrival, and waiting to check in the staff at the front desk seem very rude, gave me attitude for no reason. Attempted to try and over charge me by saying I didn’t prepay. Couldn’t explain paying for resort or deposit fees correctly. When entering the room, it did not seem like it had been clean, bed seem used, stains on the walls and floors. The stay was nice, but the vibe the front desk staff gave off seem snobby and rude and treated me like I didn’t know what I was doing. Cleaning room staff was SUPER NICE! always said good morning to us, and welcomed us.
Be aware of stains on walls.

By far, one of the most exceptional accommodations I have experienced in recent times. The room was immaculate, and parking was conveniently located. The front desk staff provided exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The room’s panoramic view was truly remarkable. Overall, it was an extraordinary stay. I would highly recommend this establishment and anticipate returning in the near future.

Lackluster service. The security guard leaned back in his chair and barely acknowledged us. Just looked at us like he was bored. Natasha was nice, and explained that we could get a late check out if we called in the morning. When we called in the morning, the gentleman who answered said no. Then proceeded to tell us that he could for a fee of $56. There weren’t even people in this building!!! Then when we asked if there were any amenities that they offered, they said “we aren’t associated with the palms in any way, we are apartments.” When you put the palms name on a building - you expect a level of service. This was not the case! Natasha also told us our resort fee would be waived, and then proceeded to tell us it wasn’t. Seriously? If tourism is dying, this is why! Lack of care, lack of service and lack of communication. Clearly you were the wrong choice for our anniversary. We know better for next time. Also! If you’re going to ask someone what time they would like for a late checkout - make it make sense?! What is the point of the question if you then say NO?! Looks like there needs to be some training at this place as well. Certainly not up to par with Vegas Standards.
