The property was Okay. Prices way too expensive for coffee and fast food. It was cheaper to Uber to eat. Had one meal and one coffee at he property. Also $16 for water and $15 for M&Ms in the room. This was laughable.....CVS is a block away! Also, the pool was okay but didnt like that the Soda I purchased at the machine in the hall could not be taken to the pool. Left a feeling of being ripped off/ nickel and dimed. After the the late check in and having a $50 fast food meal my traveling partners chose to have all other meals off property. I know its Vegas but I guess its easy to proce gouge with so many locations. I used to come to Vegas a couple of times a year. Now I visit once every few years at most.

A beautiful place in the heart of the Strip. My only complaint is that it took forever to check in. Seems that most palces in Vegas do not have enough people to handle the guests that are coming in.

There was an intermittent odor of sewage in the bathroom two or three times a day, most notably when we used the sink. The odor would last an hour or so then dissipate. The pillows were too hard. Some folks may like that but we do not. Maybe consider giving guests on hard and one soft pillow so that they can choose the one that suits them best. The make up mirror in the bathroom is way too high. I am 5’ 2”. In order to comfortably use the mirror I would need to be 6’ tall. The bed was comfortable and the housekeeping service met expectations.

The cabana we rented was filthy. Limes on the ground stains on the floor from spilled drinks. Pool deck had drink spills all over it while it was open. Carpet was very old and needs replacement. Lighting in bathroom was so poor u could do your makeup! It needs updating but it’s a beautiful property. Lisa vanderpumps new restaurant is beautiful

Bedding linen needs an update. Our room had a lot of yellow stains on the linen. Bathroom had rust. If you need a quick overnight stay it was worth the bank for your buck but I wouldn’t recommend for a full stay. Carpet didn’t look so clean either.

Music was very loud around the hotel. There is some sort of night club right next to it and if you need a good night of sleep and a quiet place (I was there for a conference), you may have to find another place lol there was also a bunch of hair in the shower drain.
