The size of the home was roomy and large enough for our group. There was room for everyone to find their own spaces and to move around freely. The check in process was smooth and simple. The kitchen was well stocked with the items we needed. The commute to our event locations was great and we found quite a few fun places to visit that werenât too far from the home. Communication with the host was initially great and informative however slow after check in. After arriving to the rental we noticed the listing was not as accurate as the actual home. The outside wasnât as maintained as the pictures showed with overgrown weeds, dog feces, cigarettes and smashed tiles in the backyard. The inside while large and roomy was dirty, the stair railing was quite loose, repair items and paper towels were left out on the floor with no communication as to where they should be moved as the garage was locked, the upstairs shower had a anti slip mat that was completely brown, there were tool handles placed in the front bathroom window being used as a lock, not enough curtains on the main bedroom window which didnât block light and the blind underneath had broken blind panels allowing others to see into room from outside. Floor tiles were chipped and broken in numerous places and the main bath shower leaked making a large puddle on the floor. Walls were dirty. Overall, we were able to make the best of it and it was a place to rest after long days exploring however I wonât be booking it again.
