For check-in, it was only at the front desk with a clerk. The line for check-in was horrendous! They need to get with the times at have check in kiosks or mobile check in! Especially since we are paying such high resort fees daily!

I love that they have the monorail directly there that can connect you. It’s nice inside. The regular room is a little bit odd with the shower and the toilet being separated and then having to slide the doors the water gets everywhere into the room makes it kind of wet, awkward. Overall, nice day.

Nice hotel, as a Canadian I was pretty taken aback by the whole smoking inside the building thing. There was some cosmetic damage to the bathroom (cracked tiles, etc.), but nothing crazy. Proximity to the monorail is great!

The bathroom was amazing. The room was nothing great as there were sheets on the wall with a scary lady on them as we stayed in the Alexandria Tower. They also could not put my party and I together unless we were all present. Then they asked me to upgrade because of the inconvenience but I was charged.

The check-in line was long since they didn't have many staff working; however, once we reached the counter, Eden was super sweet and friendly. She was also able to help me with my special accommodations. The room was nice and updated. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. I needed more pressure! The casino is fine...not overcrowded at all. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you don't mind being further away from the "walkable" areas of the strip.
