I don't like it when I see review that shows excellent all around. For the first time, I could not hold anything back because I just didn't have anything to criticise for my 4-days stay. I came for a show, and Sahara has a monorail stop, 2 stops from the convention centre. Also, I held most of my meetings right in the hotel over breakfast, lunch and supper in different restaurants within the hotel. The housekeeping was 2nd to none. And the front-desk staff were excellent. And when I called back for my receipt after getting back to Canada, the reception was excellent and response very prompt. I just could not find anything to criticize, even though I am usually very picky.

The hotel is located at the end of the strip, very close to the monorail though. It's well maintained and clean. The pool is fairly small and operation hours are very short.

room was smaller than advertised. decor is very dated. When the Bellman realized i didn't have luggage only professional photo gear, he informed me there would be a surcharge added to my stay - on principle, i hauled my own gear in to the check in desk. The person working the check in counter was professional, polite, did not smile once. As a quality assurance officer for a major resort developer, i pride myself on deliveries superior customer service. i definitely didn't receive it here.
