Great location and nicely maintained room. Check-in was a bit confusing: you are supposed to check in with the security guard instead of the front desk. We started in the wrong line at the front desk, and wasted some time because they couldn’t find our reservation. They don’t provide daily cleaning or towel changes. We requested additional towels and got an email saying that we might get charged for the delivery! Our entry card doesn’t work for parking, although dialing the call button at the garage gate worked every time. Overall, it’s a great location, with convenient walkable access to major attractions. I’d recommend it.

Our room was had a private owner so not a hotel-like stay. Check-in was with Security who first gave me the old non working room key cards, then gave me ONLY the new cards which did NOT operate the pool or exercise areas. The Security staff was, however, great. Room offered a SPECTACULAR VIEW, but a couple of housekeeping issues: mold around bathroom sink and stove hood lite out. Close to the Cosmo casino but ATTACHED is a bit misleading; it's a bit of a hike around the Jockey clib lobby. Parking can be close but not always. As a privately owned suite, no bellman assistance. But, overall a solid B

Somehow we ended up with a privately owned condo - not a regular rental room. Simply put - we would not stay here again. The location on the strip is good. The property is old so door keys don't regularly work; WiFi is avg.. The unit we were in was dated. Beds were fine, linens clean but everything else poor. Bathrooms small, windows filthy, TVs not work quite right (2 were not plugged in). Because private condo - no housekeeping (We were there 4 nights and were given 3 pods of coffee. If we wanted more they would deliver for a fee..!) We paid a premium price (to get a kitchen and 2 bedrooms) and ended up staying at what is a below average property. We would not do it again.

The area was nice and convenient to the strip with a beautiful view of the fountain which was the highlight of the room. However, we had issues with the room itself such as, the didn’t operate properly when flushing so we had to go to the lobby and use the bathroom, the thermostat also did not work so it was hot in the room. The power outlets where loose/ didn’t work. There was not enough toilet paper. We booked for three nights with 6 people staying and we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper. We also needed extra blankets and contacted the host via the information page that was given to us. The host stated they would bring more blankets and were informed of the toilet but they never showed up or sent anyone. We attempted twice to contact the host without luck. Overall the stay was convenient to the area but I would not book again.

I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend & it was just the perfect spot . Nice view of the fountains , right on the strip and easy accessibility to everything around me . Place was super clean & very comfortable.

Wonderful little secret. We stayed four nights in a room with two beds overlooking the fountains of the Bellagio. Fabulous view. These rooms are privately owned time shares, so no dreaded resort fees! Nothing fancy, no food, bar or gaming machines (that's all around you in Vegas lol), but clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, great staff and really well run. Nice little private pool. Also, GREAT value for money. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I don't understand why we have never heard of this place before. A little secret bit of Heaven on the crazy, bustling strip. Ssshhh .. don't tell anyone!!

Suits in this property are being maintained by a different service provider and they don’t provide regular hotel kind of features like daily or alternate day house clean and their AC really sucks, it never really gets cold, when complained , their maintenance engineer shows some meter close to AC exhaust that it is somehow working.

The room had not been cleaned in a while. We took off our shoes to relax and our feet were black in 20 min while unpacking. One of the beds was sunk in and sounded like the mattress was covered in plastic and very squeaky. There was also no full body mirror which is much needed in Vegas!

The room and location was amazing! The scenic view of the strip was breathtaking. Check in was pretty simple. Only thing was the lack of details in housekeeping services provided and what was included as complimentary. We weren't sure where to dump trash or if we should call someone to do so.
