The location is in a great spot. South of the strip with many restaurants nearby. 10 minutes to a nice mountain drive with access to trails for a nice walk. 10 minutes to the strip for entertainment. Freeway access is 4 minutes. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious with a great view of the strip. Will definitely make this hotel stay again.

Excellent place!! Quiet.. yet minutes from the strip. Clean, family friendly! Everything you need including w/d to wash clothes. Several dining options.. AND Bass Pro Shops right next door! Every staff was friendly & helpful! Definitely recommend!! Excellent price!!

Not bad, but probably not again

I decided to book her due to price and full suite style rooms, which were both high points. Pool was decent. Overall it was a positive stay, but I probably would not stay here again due to the late check in and early check out times. 4pm/10am.

Don't go, so I can book again easily!!!

It was amazingly wonderful. I didn't expect it to be this nice. the pictures on the website didn't reflect the value of the room. Close to the strip, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely stay at this hotel from now on.

Horrible service and place

The A/c kept going out In both rooms the staff was acting like they were annoyed we kept calling them to see it one of the refrigerator didn’t work and the only way they could accommodate is moving us to different rooms because no double family rooms were available we asking for my towel the staff questioned where our towel was and I explained to her it didn’t matter because I just paid 800 dollars for 3 nights and I have kids I need extra towels I should receive them then she finally says we can come down and get them they were reall rude and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone overpriced and the grand view resort is 100000 times better they just didn’t have the availability we needed for 4th of July weekend

The room was nice, it was clean and had everything that we expected. The garbage disposal didn’t work, and it took a few days for someone to come look at it and then he just pushed one thing and it worked. The biggest thing we didn’t like was that EVERY SINGLE TIME we put the key to the key pad on both doors going into our room we got shocked. Every single time. It didn’t matter who in our party did it. We all got shocked. Other friends also staying in the same hotel said the same thing. We did ask to be as close to our Friend as possible, we were placed on 2 seperate floors and on top of that no one was in the unit next to me the entire time I stayed. Most of the staff was friendly. There was one girl who checked us in who was not that friendly.

I recently relocated to Las Vegas and after a long day of flying, all I wanted was a smooth check-in and a comfortable bed. Thankfully, Stephanie was there. From the moment she stepped in to assist with my check-in, her kindness, professionalism, and warmth made a lasting impression. Stephanie didn’t just welcome me—she followed up two days later to ensure I was settled in and feeling good about my stay. That kind of care is rare and worth celebrating. She even shared tips about local neighborhoods, food spots, and events—many of which were also highlighted in the hotel’s reception area. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to make guests feel at home made all the difference. Because of her, I ended up extending my stay two extra nights before moving into my new home in Summerlin. Stephanie, if you’re reading this—thank you. You were a bright spot in my relocation journey. To hotel management: please recognize the gem you have on your team. Stephanie brings a level of service that elevates the entire guest experience. The only reason this is a 4-star review instead of 5 is because the location, while convenient for travel, feels a bit tucked away, but you're still only about 15 minutes from everything in Vegas.
