Great stay. Rooms very clean. Building upkeep was good. Only issue with the stay was the elevator... not sure why so many issues with them dropping floors and having to shut them down. I understand things will need to be repaired from time to time and they did have a tech in site immediately to address the elevator issue, so good on the Berkley folks for that! Great stay and would stay again. Good choice.for family stay.

My room was bigger than one of the apartments I have lived in! The bathroom was very large and my stay was comfortable. I stay clear of smoke-filled casinos. The lobby smelled amazing.

The place was really nice and clean and probably our favorite thing was the heated pool. We were so happy that our kids could swim in November! And so were they! And it was a great location next to lots of food and other options for eating.

If you're looking for a home away from home type stay... this is the spot! We were close enough to the strip/downtown area to enjoy all that Vegas is known for, just a short 5-10 min ride. While also being far enough to enjoy the quietness of the area. There's casino in the same parking lot, to enjoy, if you choose... that also offers several restaurants/ food choices. The room was clean, well stocked, and if there was anything we needed, all we had to do was ask! We were even able to check in early without an issue! Every staff member we encountered was very polite and super friendly. We would absolutely stay here again, if we are in Vegas again! Thank you very much!

I’m a frequently traveler and this specific trip was special to me. From the night I checked in, I immediately regretted choosing this particular hotel for my stay. The information and service I received from the staff members about rooms were incorrect and overall not handled professionally. The actual room itself was nice but the quality of service was way below my expectations. If I could change anything about my stay in Vegas, it would have been to choose another hotel. The elevator as well weren’t in the best conditions.
