Breakfast Buffet a good deal, very popular. In my room, I felt the bed was too soft, gave me a back ache. Hard surfaces in bathroom and TV area could have been a little cleaner. Overall my first stay here was good. Gambling for lower cost play appreciated.

First tower was ugly and old. Its our firs time yo stay in this hotel. Very outdated. Tv keeps on turning on and off. We requested to move to different but they said they need to have engineer take a look at it and ended up they said no exact time they will come. Requested again to change our room instead. Took 2 hrs to move in another tower. So inconvenient and dissponting. Its Rene the manager who expedite our request.

I was not pleased with the room overall. While the room condition was acceptable (Ivory Room, 1 King), the experience did not meet expectations. The minibar is unusable for personal items due to a weight sensor, which is unreasonable. If a refrigerator is needed, there is an additional $25 per night fee, and there is no microwave provided at all. In addition, guests are charged a $146.50 resort fee on top of a $300 incidental hold. It is unclear what this resort fee includes, as the room quality and available amenities do not justify the cost. Pricing is different from Expedia once you actually arrive for check in. The room itself is mediocre at best and clearly outdated. Temperature control was inconsistent, and the room remained uncomfortably humid throughout the stay. The shower design is poor—regardless of how the showerhead is positioned, water ends up all over the bathroom floor. Overall, this room did not provide the level of comfort or value expected given the added fees. Stay 12/12-12/15 2025

Room was on the 12th floor and had a constant food smell, likely from the lower lever restaurant, but was overwhelming in the room. Had already unpacked or would have moved. It was a short stay so low impact. Blow dryer handle broken. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Ate at casinos Serrano Cafe and had great service and good food.

The internet service in the guest rooms was extremely poor. Even cellular reception in the room was unreliable, despite having excellent signal in the lobby, conference rooms, and other common areas of the hotel. The hotel offers a $10 per day internet upgrade, which makes it feel as though the complimentary internet is intentionally limited in order to push guests toward paying for the upgrade. Combined with the lack of reliable cell service in the room, this came across as frustrating and, frankly, a bit exploitative. In addition, the on-site food options were disappointing. Most offerings were greasy, heavy, or typical junk food, with very few healthy or lighter choices available. For a hotel hosting conferences and longer stays, the lack of nutritious options was noticeable and inconvenient. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the comfort and experience of the stay.
