the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and the checkout process was easy, the distance to the airport was short enough that it was a seamless Uber ride at 4:30 am. Finding this hotel can be a little difficult as it's tucked away just south of the motel 8.

The room was dark, dingy, and had a strong musty odor — like a wet towel that’s been left out too long. The door had large gaps at the bottom (I actually stuffed a towel there because I was worried bugs might crawl in), and the walls were paper thin — you could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. The DTLV area did not seem like the nicest or safest place to be either. Overall, this property looks nothing like the pictures. If you’re on a very tight budget and have no other options, it’ll do. But honestly, spend a little extra for a place that’s clean, safe, and comfortable.

Air was cold and consistent. Front lobby staff was a bit confused on room requests for towels (4 people in our room and only 3 towels provided. When asked for a 4th towel we were told they couldn’t give us one. We found a housekeeper and she gave us our 4th towel thankfully). Lobby staff was also confused about the hotel bar/lounge and how best to use the 15% guest coupon (the coupon says it has to be signed to be valid for use. Went to front to get it signed and the lobby staff said they didn’t know what it was). Overall the room was comfortable for sleep and showers.

Overall “okay”

Basic room, met needs for low price. Air conditioning smelled like burnt hair and bed frame was broken and rickety. Mini fridge was a positive. We were able to check in early for a $33 fee.

Based on reviews I booked thinking it would be a cute boutique hotel. I’ve stayed at cleaner and more comfortable motel 6’s. The room wasn’t in the best condition the shower had seen better days. The light switches in my room didn’t always work. Staff wasn’t super friendly, originally they couldn’t find my reservation. I checked out a day early because I was just so uncomfortable and felt so misled on what the hotel would be.

We checked in late and had to walk over to the Super 8 Motel next door to check in. The two motels were connected. The guy that checked us in seemed nice. The room could be a lot cleaner and needs freshening up. We could hear everyone all around our room and people outside, all through the night. Questionable individuals hanging around and/or living in some of the rooms. From what we could see, the pool looked clean, but we never used it. It was a cheap stay for the night, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not consider this a boutique hotel at all. I’ve stayed in motels that were better taken care of. Just stay away.

Basically an old motel 6 with some paint slapped on it and newer furniture. My door didn’t fully closed. Super loud all night. I could hear the people in the room next door all night long as well as anyone walking by the room.

Great hotel off the strip

The room (#1202) was large and had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. I was all the way in the corner, so I didn't have to deal with noise, but it seemed pretty quiet anyways. Staff at the hotel and the restaurant/bar were very friendly. Parking is free and there's plenty of it. I never had trouble finding a spot. Only complaint is that the WiFi never worked and the water pressure was terrible.

From the first moment i stepped into the super 8 hotel lobby the lady that was working for the night did not seem like she wanted to work at all and by me asking her questions it only seemed to frustrate her more which made the check in process very difficult and unwelcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised by this room. The area it was in seemed a little sketchy when we got there at night but the room was nicely upgraded, nice furniture, comfortable bed, very clean, quiet, the AC worked very will, nice bathroom with a big shower. I was impressed!
