One of the staff members at the front desk was having a bad day and she began to loose it and yelling discriminatory remarks at me in front of other hotel guests. She then cancelled my hotel room reservation that I already paid for. Her manager had to spend a hour resolving her mess she made.

Overall, it is ok. The room is bright and clean. But, I can smell the smoking smell from next door. The door is not in good quality. There is a shared door in between my room and other people. I don't like it this way. The staff is very slow, not efficient like others. Be patient.

Nice clean room very comfortable. Easy access and convenient. No charge for parking directly in front of the room. I would stay there again. Breakfast was a grab and go but worked well for us.

Chose this for the price and nearness to the strip. Both apply, but I would not recommend. Stayed here with my family. This is a motel. Noises from people coming and going throughout the night. Room was crowded. Everything dated. Breakfast was Little Debbie's and Coffee or Tea
