There was a new hotel policy that did not allow our daughter (11 years old) to swim in the pool. This was very discouraging and disappointing as this was one of the factors considered when selecting a hotel to stay. The front desk was unwilling to provide us with any kind of resolution.

Staff and facility was great… nice location near the strip. Our main issue was we picked Tuscany because it’s great for families, BUT my wife and kids were in the pool on a 65 degree day and the staff said they can’t swim. When we asked why, they said the hotel now has a rule -> in the winter 16 and under cannot swim at all in the pools !!! Sadly we most likely will not stay there again unless it’s the summer.

I was hoping to be contacted by the property before submitting this however here we go. We had asked for an accessible room in the chat as on here it's not an option we did not receive any information in regards to it so like most other properties we stay at I thought we were good when we arrived we were not good. They didn't bother to look or didn't care. Then I arrived at the room it smelled and the closest door was broken. While we were gone someone from the hotel without permission entered my room to fix the door. The bathroom fan did not work and didn't even offer to fix. For a non smoking building it stunk like marijuana so bad the child in my room had a asthma attack. Then the maids we asked for and extra set of blankets and sheet was told we would get never did. And the cleaning staff begged us everyday to clean the room because they had to many do not disturb don't know why was our problem. And the parking there was non I have a handi cap pass due to mobility issues and I had to park at the entrance of the hotel to find a spot that was no where near the e building elevator. When I brought these concerns up with the property they had no helpful solutions. We cancelled another property to come stay there

The room was very clean and very spacious! That’s what I really like about the Tuscany Suites, their rooms are bigger than the normal hotel rooms and you can park near your building!

The rooms are amazing. Although the beds are very small for 2 adults to share, the size of the room allows for plenty of seating options with a large couch, chair and desk. The separate bar area with tables chairs made it nice to sit and have cocktails before walking to the strip.
