The pool and the views from the tower are incredible. Giovanni was really lovely to deal with.It was incredibly hot when we visited (38-39c) and the temperature inside the property was too hot for us and our kids. We moved the mattresses downstairs. We couldn’t keep the windows open as there weren’t mosquito nets and there wasn’t air con until we asked for an air con unit in the last few days and giovanni lent us one.An amazing place but I think small improvements need to be made to keep the house cool. Thanks

Le logement est simple, mais dispose d’une très belle vue, notamment de la tour. La piscine est est extrêmement agréable. Et merci encore à Francesco qui a été à la fois accueillant, discret et disponible quand nous avions besoin.

Schöner Urlaub

Am Rand von Lastra a Signa ruhig aber recht zentral gelegen. Pisa und Florenz sind sehr gut und günstig mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Den schöen Pool hatten meist für uns alleine.

tolle Lage und schöner Pool

Netter Vermieter und geräumiges Apartment. Der Turm mit schöner Aussicht über das Arnotal. Der Pool ist traumhaft - Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Sehr gute Lage für Florenz-Ausflüge: 10 min. mit Auto zur Tram, 23 min. mit Tram ins Zentrum.

Urlaub mit Ausblick

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Anna im Appartement Torre. Es steht sehr viel Platz zur Verfügung. Unschlagbar ist der Turm und der Ausblick in die Hügel der Toscana, nach Lastra a Signa und Florenz. Wir haben viel Zeit dort oben verbracht und den Ausblick von morgens bis in die Nacht genossen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem schönen Garten und traumhaften Pool. Der Vermieter ist super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Fahrten nach Florenz sind jederzeit mit dem Zug möglich. Auch andere tolle Städte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Für uns war es ein rundum schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder.

Estupendas vacaciones en la Toscana

Alojamiento ideal para visitar Florencia y el resto de Toscana. Centro comercial y transporte público muy cercanos. La anfitriona Àngela es encantadora y siempre dispuesta a hacer la estancia agradable. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Très bon séjour dans un logement simple dans une très belle propriété, très bien entretenue (merci Alessandro). La piscine est très agréable. Merci à Angela pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. La propriété est très bien située à proximité de la gare (5mn en voiture - 20 à pieds) ou du tram (20mn en voiture) pour visiter Florence et la Toscane. Encore un grand merci à Angela et Alessandro.

Location très agréable. La terrasse (ventilée par la brise) offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Florence et la campagne Toscane environnante - endroit idéal pour le dîner avec le coucher de soleil. Piscine et extérieurs très bien entretenue et très agréable (quelques points d’ombres au milieu des oliviers bien apprecialbles pour soulager du soleil bien présent au mois d’août . Appartement équipé simplement mais suffisamment pour passer un excellent séjour. Petite cuisine mais bien équipée. Chambre parentale très agréable et literie de bonne qualité. La chambre avec les lits 1 personnes mériterait peut être de voir sa literie rénovée (mais pour de jeunes enfants : aucun soucis). Maison décorée avec authenticité qui nous plonge parfaitement dans l’esprit florentin. Maison accessible par une route où les croisements ne sont pas possibles sur 1 km / conduite « à l’italienne «  ( avec klaxon) recommandée par la propriétaire (aucun soucis réel juste une habitude à prendre) . Gare accessible à pied (20 min de marche ) depuis la maison - idéal pour se rendre à Florence en train (gare de Florence en centre ville) / 2.30 € l’aller par personne. Même distance pour se rendre dans le centre de Lastra à signa et déguster des glaces.exceptionelles et se mêler à vie de quartier. Situation idéale pour rejoindre la route du Chianti et rejoindre les principales villes attractives de la région (ex Sienne a 1h de route en passant par les routes typiques de la Toscane). Supermarché à moins de 5 min en voiture. Propriétaire absent mais « remplacé » par sa cousine Angela pour nous accueillir. Angela est disponible et la pour fournir les bonnes indications. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour / seule déception sur Florence qui en plein mois d’août est envahie de touristes - ce qui gâche un peu la visite / mieux vaut se détourner et visiter la campagne Toscane. Donc en résumé cette location est parfaitement située pour visiter la Toscane mais très agréable aussi pour pratiquer le farniente - et profiter de la vue de la Terrasse. . A recommander fortement.

Conforme à ce que nous attendions.tres appréciable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce sejour en italie. Les hôtes etaient très acceuillants et disponibles. Lastra a signa est une ville très sympathique ou il fait bon vivre. Sienne est à 1h et cette ville est époustouflante. Florence à 15 mn ,donc la maison est très bien située. Seule petite chose,avec des enfants en bas âge nois n'avons pas pu visiter beaucoup de choses,donc à savoir pour ceux qui en ont.sinon super sejour et proprietaires au top!

Très bon séjour à Lastra a Signa

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la l'appartement "la Torré". La location est idéalement placée près de Florence et à 1h des autres sites à visiter. Pour aller à Florence le plus simple c'est de prendre le train (gare à 5 min en voiture) ou le tram (gare à 15 min en voiture). La location est très agréable et conforme à la description, la vue de la tour est magnifique et le soir il est très agréable d'y monter. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine avec les enfants. Sans oublier les propriétaires qui nous ont très bien reçus, vraiment un très bon séjour. Philippe T.
