A complaint I would like to make was the valet. I came into town on my motorcycle and spoke with a valet attendant around 2pm. I was told motorcycles are no longer allowed to park in the valet area due to liability which was understandable. However later on during the night I noticed two motorcycles parked in the valet area next to each other and was wondering, why was I denied service yet 2 other motorcycles were allowed to park there the rest of the night? But overall the room and my stay on property was fine.

This hotel pretty much ruined Valentine's Day for us. We wanted a nice romantic time where we could just stay in the room for a couple of days, except to go out to enjoy the hot tub. So my girlfriend made a very nice meal that we thought we could heat up in the microwave since everywhere was booked up. We booked the king suite but apparently they are the only hotel that doesn't believe in having microwaves in suites. So our Valentines meal was just a terrible Smashburger. I'm sure they were happy that we spent money with them, and that's why they don't have microwaves in their suites, but that didn't do us any good. The beautiful food she made was wasted. We then thought to go down and enjoy the hot tub, also very romantic, but no. We got our suits on and went down and there was a sign saying the hot tub doesn't have hot water. Also, the staff seem to hate their jobs. The Cafe, the bell desk, the front desk and housekeeping all seemed to absolutely hate their jobs because no one was friendly, had a smile or even acknowledged us in some cases. Being from Lake Havasu, my parents and I used to come to Laughlin back in early 80s when there was just 3 casinos. As an adult, I've stayed in all the hotels. I saw Laughlin thrive and then I saw it fail. I heard that the city was doing good again but if Harrah's is any indicator, I'm proven wrong.

The bathroom was dirty. I wonder if they even cleaned it before our arrival. Marketing the rooms as luxury and remodeled must have been a joke. The reception is in a casino where people smoke. I smelled bad after a few minutes of waiting for check-in. I should have done my research and not book a room in casino when all I needed was a place to stay overnight.

I was charged $250 fee for smoking in the room when no smoking was even done! Plus I was never even asked if I needed a room that was smoking or non. This was very surprising and frustrating! I stayed in the North Tower and it was wonderful. Great room. I didn't go for gambling, it was a convention we were at. I know better, Jesus is my man. The convention area wasn't so bright or welcoming, but the heart of the conference was very big. We all loved the steakhouse and had a wonderful last night there eating the prime rib among other things.

We had a hard time checking in and placed in a smoking room even thought we booked a non-smoking room, and the room smelled thick of smoke and it impacted my breathing. The restaurants were packed and always busy, my wife ended up getting sick after breakfast at beach cafe. And lastly I still have not got my deposit back.

Awful!!! Absolutely Awful!!! The room was old and musty smelling. A/C did not work. Furniture was broken. The bed was so soft I think I might have hit the floor when I sat in it. I complained to the front office manager who told me she couldn't switch my room because they are all the way I described the one I was in! We checked out within hours of arriving- it was that bad!

I booked a newly renovated portion of the hotel, expecting a beautiful clean room. The room was good, but the air conditioning is horrible. We set it up at 62 just to make the room cool but it was hot air that blows from the system. We complained 3x, they send a technician at 11 pm when we are already resting So we decided to have them move us to another room, same thing. We mentioned the problem at check out, the front desk reply was she don’t know why.
