didn't make up room even though I called to have it cleaned. also, there was a problem with the water being shut down, ( no fault of property) when I inquired about the person at front desk was curt and not helpful. have to think twice about staying there again.

The shower was nice. Perfect water pressure and water temp. The beds weren't too comfortable. There was 3 of us but only received 2 bath towels, so we had to request more. No fridge or microwave in the room. Had a bad experience with the breakfast restaurant. Will more than likely stay at a different property next time.

The room itself was clean enough, but there were either stains or some kind of mark on the wall. Additionally, it seems as if the room hadn’t been updated in 20+ years. Very few wall outlets for chargers, no fridge, tv that was small even for 15 years ago. On the first night the tub would hold water during a shower about a foot deep. When asked about it they knew there was a problem but didn’t bother to fix it before we checked in. Sunday morning as my wife and I are laying in bed still asleep, about 8:30 am, we were awoken to the sound of someone opening our door and thankfully I had the deadbolt on. When I got up to the door and asked who was there it was a long pause then “my apologies” and nothing else. Completely unsatisfactory stay. If you want a cheap place to stay in the area, pay the extra money and stay at a different place.

casino was great, the room was good it need work done. the bathtub was backing up when you took a shower, the toilet had the water running all the time after use. the room was clean enough

The location is ideal and the casino was fun however, the beverage staff fell short. Rarely came around offering drinks to the patrons playing the slots. It would be great if the rooms could be updated. They need to be updated desperately. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Laughlin. Thank you.

Room was very dirty and had plumbing issues. Called front desk to fix but when we returned to our room after a day out tub was still clogged, toliet wouldn’t flush properly and the bathroom sink was also still clogged.
