Tout s'est bien passé. ça serait super de pouvoir recevoir le Pass pour les transports en commun avant l'arrivée, pour pouvoir s'en servir aussi en arrivant

Mon séjour dans cet Hôtel s'est très bien passé. J'ai juste trouvé le matelas un peu trop mou, mais j'ai tout de même passé une bonne nuit.

Das Hotel leistet seit Jahren einen konstanten und guten Service. Es gibt keine Beanstandungen. Sehr nahe zum Veranstaltungsgebäude Beaulieu

An der Unterkunft selbst, war der Balkon am besten den wir bekammen (leider ohne Aschenbecher). Der Empfang bei der Anreise war auch freundlich. Was nicht so toll war ist, dass das Zimmer nur für 1 Person ausgestatten worden ist und das Kingsizebett eigentlich 2 Einzelbetter war das in der Mitte zusammengeschraubt worden ist. Auf den Bildern vor der Reservation (was auch der Grund war zu buchen) sah das Zimmer wesentlich anderst aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet war jedoch gut, nur die Bedienung schien ein bisschen im Stress zu sein. Trotzdem Danke für die Mühe. Freundliche Grüsse

Vielen Dank, dass Sie unser Hotel für Ihren letzten Aufenthalt in Lausanne gebucht haben und sich die Zeit genommen haben, einen Kommentar zu hinterlassen, der sehr nützlich ist, um unseren Service zu verbessern. Alle unsere Zimmer sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Wir erlauben unseren Kunden jedoch, auf dem Balkon ihres Zimmers oder in unserem Garten zu rauchen. Sie hätten unsere Rezeption anrufen können und sie hätten Ihnen gerne einen Aschenbecher gebracht. Es gab tatsächlich einen Fehler bei der Vorbereitung Ihres Zimmers, der während der Kontrolle nicht bemerkt wurde. Auch hier hätte unser Personal an der Rezeption eine Änderung für Sie arrangieren können. Zur Information, Sie haben ein Upgrade auf ein Komfortzimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Diese unterscheiden sich in der Tat von den Fotos auf unserer Website. Wir hoffen, Sie wieder in Lausanne begrüssen zu dürfen.

Nähe zu ÖV.. Frühstück könnte im Angebot etwas fulminanter sein, Gemüse wie Tomaten, Gurke fehlten gänzlich. Ansonsten aber alles in Ordnung.
