Booked from Wednesday to Saturday. Arrived at property Wednesday 11pm, to find no instructions on door entry. I hadnât received an email or msg with code for the key lock. I messaged the vendor asking her for the code, but didnât get a reply. I online chatted to AI chat bot (as no one was available to speak to me), they told me to send a msg to vendor through them, which I did. No reply. So we had to check in at a hotel to the cost of $260 (2 adults 2 kids). The vendor did reply to me the next morning, saying she had the dates mixed up!! She did however arrange a refund straight away.
The septic tank was overflowing in the back yard, which came up to the back door and had an awful smell.
We had severe rain and hail and the room with the 2 single beds in had the rain water seeping through from outside.
