The flat "Costa del Sole" is about 50 sqm and consists of a livingroom with a kitchenette equipped with gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen has a counter and a practical table for 6 persons. A comfortable corner couch can be converted into a sofa bed (2 single beds) for two persons. The living area is equipped with a ceiling fan and satellite TV and overlooks a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs that is completely screened off by a hedge providing shade and privacy. Spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and access to an outdoor area where it is possible to hang laundry. Air conditioning in the hallway and wifi at guests' disposal. Bathroom with shower box and convenient washing machine. The residence offers 4 non-reserved parking spaces. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
