Our two-room apartment (room + kitchen) of 40 square meters is very comfortable. It has everything you need to feel yourself at home. We are rated 3-*, overall very quiet, the surface is 40 square meters and only 300 meters from the sea and its beautiful sand beaches. It is not overlooked and Wi-Fi is totally free from June to September. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for the toddlers. The residence has an elevator. Your Comfort : - Bedroom with double bed 160x190 + flat screen TV + Dressing room, large ceiling fan, window on the outside with shutters. The living room with a sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable double bed, flat screen TV with International channels, radio, closet, table, chairs, large ceiling fan, window to the outside, shutters. And for even more comfort - Very well equipped kitchen - ceramic hob, American fridge with freezer, microwave oven, - Filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle - Classic oven and pizza oven - All the dishes and kitchenware needed for 4 people - Balcony for 4 people with a round table, television, shutters, the sun is there until sunset - Bathroom with shower and hairdryer, radio - Separate toilet for day-to-day comfort - washing machine - iron and ironing board We are sure you will enjoy your stay in our apartment. There are shops around the residence and opportunities for the whole family to have fun. Grau du Roi is more than miles of sandy beaches, it is also leisure time for the whole family and a beautiful scenery of our great city.
