Cozy apartment located in a small building but with garden and parking completely private, independent and fenced + electric gate!
Located on the heights of Cavalière: about 50 meters above the sea and about 1km from the beach.
Nice view: sea and surrounding hills.
Presence of indoor and outdoor stairs not suitable for children under 7 or disabled persons.
Path - over 150 meters- concrete but rustic and steep.
Modern, functional and comfortable accommodation: fully air conditioned and equipped with wifi. Kitchen equipment: induction hob 4 burners, electric oven, silent dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bottle warmer and Italian coffee maker, flat screen TV, washing machine, drying rack on the terrace and in the garden!
Garden furniture and wooden chiliennes + electric plancha.
Only bed linen - with summer duvets and pillows - is provided and included in the price.
Attention: 1) Housing built on two levels with internal and external stairs: those inside are steep but secured by a robust handrail and a solid door so housing that is not suitable for children under 7 years or to people who have difficulty walking.
2) Possible presence of neighbors in full summer so vis-à-vis possible.
3) Concrete but steep driveway over 150 meters
This accommodation is located south and enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, Cap-Nègre, the Bay of Cavaliere and the island of Levant.
Quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, the noise of the road and the hubbub of the crowd perfect for resting, getting fresh ideas in contact with nature.
For those who love walking, beautiful walks are expected in autumn and spring.
Beach located 1km = 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car
Close to all amenities = 5 minutes by car to those located in Cavalière where there are many free car parks.
Please call us one hour before your arrival because we will be waiting for you to guide you. For those arriving from Le Lavandou, you will find at the entrance of Cavalière La Poste roundabout, you must then take the second exit on the left in the direction of "les hauts de Cavalière", then either you park in the car park located on the right you go to the second roundabout and you take the second exit left always towards the "Hauts de Cavalière" and there we will wait for you.
For those arriving in the direction of Saint Tropez or Nice, you will cross Cavalière to the roundabout La Poste: you will walk along the beach and pass the game of bowls and once arrived at the roundabout, you will have to take the first exit on the right towards "Hauts de Cavalière" then we will wait for you either at the car park located on the right or at the second roundabout where you have to take the second exit on the left towards "Hauts de Cavalière".
Then we will drive you to the house we will open and we will explain all the operation.
