Very disappointed in the service we received. We waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room to
be ready without any caring or concern from the staff. The receptionist seemed ‘put out’ the two times I asked for an update. When we finally got to our room we found just one thin pillow each. There was no phone in the room so when I asked at reception for two more pillows, I was told that there were none to be had. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors opening their suitcases. We tried to get a pre dinner drink at the bar but the staff were all having their break in the adjacent restaurant and we were completely ignored. Finally when a staff member got himself a coffee he told us that dinner and the bar opened at 7pm. Again there was no concern for our comfort. Although the buffet dinner was tasty, the hot dishes were just lukewarm. There was a shuttle bus to the airport but despite being the only passengers, we were not dropped off at our terminal but at another terminal which required us
to take another bus and a train and 40 minutes to get to our desired terminal. I speak French so this was not a language barrier just poor service and complete lack of concern for our needs or comfort.
