Appalling - Waste of money!

Pros: Not much
Cons: Update rooms, staff attitude.
Looks great from the outside, poor inside. No Air conditioning, rooms old, dark & stuffy. Bathrooms old, no proper shower. Paper cups and its coffee and no tea. Not acceptable in 4/5 start hotel. Staff up themselves, service slow. Couldn't check in until 5.30pm! Tiny pool, small jacuzzi, a joke for a hotel of this size. Breakfast not included had to pay another 80 euro's!

A classically beautiful hotel

Pros: The ambiance.
Cons: My suggestion to improve the hotel for guests would be more relaxing areas in the garden with comfortable seating.
Location: Shopping, bars, walks, beaches - very well located
The hotel is sited just opposite the park and within walking distance of shops, cafes and the beach. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a classic double, which was small but well appointed. The breakfast was good, with a good choice of food, albeit a buffet. Our overall experience was very good.

Nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre 202 . Dans l’entrée des grosses tâches sur la moquette et plus loin plein de tâches ! La salle de bain vieillotte ! Quand on prend une douche on met de l’eau partout car plus de joints ! Une honte pour un 4 étoile !! J’ai signalé à l’accueil et on m’a dit que c’était une des chambres qui n’ont pas été encore rénovées !!! J’ai quand même payé 488 euros pour deux nuits... Et le parking est payant 15 euros pour jours!! Le positif l’accueil et le service de l’hôtel ! Je reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel !

Nous sommes navrés si la chambre n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, nous n'avons, en effet pas de rénovations complètes de l'hôtel, qui sont prévus à partir de décembre 2019. Nous espérons vous accueillir au printemps 2020 pour que vous puissiez vous faire une autre approche de notre hôtel. Concernant le parking, cette information est bien stipulée sur le site où vous avez réservé, mais vous n'êtes pas obligé de rajouter ce service. Nous vous remercions pour votre retour positif concernant l'accueil et notre service. Sincèrement

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé, très agréable, avec du caractère. L'espace piscine-jacuzzi-sauna est parfait pour un moment de détente. Seul bémol : notre chambre triple classique était un peu vieillotte quant à la salle de bain.
