The kitchen is fully stocked with full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, and spices — everything needed to cook real meals. The dining table seats 4.
The fully fenced yard has a dog door so pets move freely between inside and outside. Two pets welcome.

Getting Around:
You'll need a car — there's no public transit or reliable rideshare in Leadville.
From Denver (DEN): ~2hr drive via I-70 W to Hwy 91 S. The route crosses Fremont Pass (11,318 ft) — check conditions at cotrip.org in winter. AWD or chains recommended Nov–Apr.
From Eagle/Vail (EGE): ~1hr drive, less mountain pass exposure.
Once here, downtown is a 1-block walk. Ski resorts and trailheads require driving (12–45 min).
