First nite had to sleep in my clothes due to freezing broken ac. Lost power in the afternoon while getting dressed for my grandsons wedding I had to dress in a darkened room. Free breakfast was cold. I requested credit for the first nite due to loss of sleep and use of room. Front desk was advised and she said she would inform manager and took my email address. To date no response at all.
Unfortunately our stay was not a pleasant one. We were initially assigned room number of which included a king size bed, that was part of our package. We set our luggage down by dresser area and unpacked a couple of items and then turned in for the night. The next morning our luggage was completely taken over by ants! Our garments were comprised and it was absolutely offsetting, not to mention a complete turn off. We immediately called the front desk and requested promptly requested another room. Our request was granted. We did not receive a king sized bed as initially packaged & purchased. Instead we received two separate full sized beds. With that said, I believe that some sort of refund or compensation should be administered considering the circumstances. Other than those glaring issues, the staff was courteous.
We had ants in our room and since the housekeepers and maintenance man did not speak English it was difficult to explain the problem. The front desk person had to explain and they brought in a chemical to spray the desk and floor area. Ants were back within a couple hours. Not happy they did not offer to move us and choose to spray room while we were in it.
