The very positive points of this property are (1) Easy walking distance to the complete downtown Leavonworth area. (2) For a solo Traveler & Hiker, the location was excellent and met my needs. I spent no real amount of waking time at the property. (3) The room was clean and the bed comfortable.Negatives: This property needs a total refresh, inside and out. Dingy carpeting, painted surfaces, and bathroom flooring. The shower, although functional, needs some real help; failing caulking.I thought the complementary jar of ear protectors was whimsical until the evening. Lots of noise from the street would be a major nuisance to most guests.
The room was very much like a mid-range motel room. It had very few amenities and the floor slanted! I felt like I was going to fall into my husband every night. The cleanliness and convenient location were its redeeming qualities.
Perfect location for two tired PCT hikers!! We were able to walk everywhere, enjoy all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again the next time we are visiting the area. Cost was a bonus too, especially on Labor Day weekend. Thank you so much!
I love this lodging. It is our second visit to this property. It is small and fundamental, yet quaint, comfortable, and cozy. Love love that you can park on site and walk to everything, but it is also easy to drive somewhere because you have a dedicated parking spot upon return. We also love that we can roll into town, and we have a code to get into the room. No irritating check-in/out process. We have only been here in the summer as we come each year to float the river with Leavenworth Outdoor Center at the park, walking distance of course. Planning on coming back for October Fest!! A+
Location was great but just out of the busy loud pedestrian areas of downtown. Suite A has slightly low ceilings and no storage. Definitely a cozy suite but great for a weekend away.
