The hotel was clean and modern. Staff made it their top priority to make sure we were greeted and treated well. A great location when visiting Weston MO. More options for food and entertainment.

We had to change rooms the first night because the air condition had leaked a large amount of water all over the carpeting. And I've always not appreciated having to put my credit card down for "incidentals", then having to wait 1-10 days for the charge to be reversed on my bank account. This shouldbe against the law in America. Otherwise our stay was great. Nice enough pool and breakfasts.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

This was a nice and quite hotel away from the noise of KC but an easy drive to downtown. It is also very convenient to FT. Leavenworth and is just down the street from the main entrance.

When a hotel lists a pool as an amenity, it needs to ensure it does not do so when the pool is unavailable. It only has an outdoor pool and it was winter. Additionally, the continental breakfast was not good at all.

Overall the stay was great. Room was small, but very clean and had microwave and small fridge. Staff was great and location was very convenient to the military base- right across the street from the main gate. Gym was nice and clean and breakfast had a good variety.
