I asked to have a late checkout after checking in very late. The evening staff told me 12pm checkout was no problem and noted it in my profile. Then while sleeping the front desk called my room repeatedly at 10:40am asking if I was checking out at 11am. I reiterated I was told 12pm was fine. They said yes, no problem. Then the housekeeping staff knocked repeatedly on my door despite the privacy tag being up and the earlier call. I will not be staying here again and highly recommend you stay at either hotel up the street. The higher price is well worth it.

I loved the staff. The bed and pillows were some of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. It’s an older building, but they have made updates to it. Best bang for my buck. 😇
