Asked for late check in. Expected to be able to use credit card of choice, but staff had already charged 2 days to credit card used to reserve room. Room was near front desk and we were disturbed multiple times extremely early in the morning (like before 6am) by front desk bell and slamming doors, maybe even falling dishes. Also extremely strong cooked food smell of onions at 830 at night entered into our room. We stayed in winter yet had to open the windows. Not the quality or hospitality we hoped and needed.

The room smelled, it was very noisy in the room above us it sounded like an elephant was jumping around up there most of the night, got no sleep. There was only enough towels for one adult and there were two of us in the room. I will not stay there again!
