Mini-Villa of 38mq,private garden large 40mq and a terrace,with table chairs and armchairs, of 12mq which offers a priceless sea-view over the bay of St. Cyprien. The house is immersed in the greenery of olive and pine trees in a private and quiet residence ;it is only 2 km far from the village of St.Cyprien and 7km from Portovecchio. Reserved parking is in front of the garden gate and next to another relax area. The garden is private , enclosed and equipped with deck chairs, umbrella and built-in BBQ. The bedroom consists of a built-in wardrobe, a large double bed and a celling fan, in the living room there is a TV, a second wardrobe and a sofa bed (clic-clac). The kitchen is equipped with ceramic glass hob, crockery, cutlery( for more than 4 people),fridge+freezer,dishwasher,microwave oven,coffee machine,toaster,In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower,hygienic shower and the washing machine.The Mini Villa is close to the beach and an equestrian center is within easy walking distance. Pets welcome ,no supplement is required .

Eravamo in 4 ragazzi siamo stati benissimo host super disponibile gentile e sorridente casa molto bella, metto 5 stelle solo grazie a loro ma c'è una pecca: la strada per raggiungere la villa è pericolante piena di buche tornanti in salita il tutto rischia di rovinare la macchina credo vada assolutamente risolto. Per il resto c'è una bella spiaggia molto vicina e anche porto vecchio non dista molto in macchina. Grazie!

Die Wohnung mit kleinem Garten ist super und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Meer ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man sollte jedoch keine Probleme mit Tierhaaren haben. Die sind leider überall zu finden.

Posizione strategica

L'alloggio si trova all'interno di un residence privato, poco distante da Porto Vecchio. Gode di una posizione ottimale per visitare la Corsica del Sud. L'appartamento è semplice, ma ben equipaggiato: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, diverse macchine del caffè. Ho addirittura trovato un kit per i cani, un dettaglio che ho molto apprezzato dal momento che viaggio sempre con i miei pelosi. Gli spazi interni sono funzionali e della dimensione sufficiente ad ospitare comodamente tre persone. I plus di questa sistemazione sono sicuramente: la tranquillità, il silenzio e una bella vista. La spiaggia di San Cipriano può essere raggiunta anche a piedi in una decina di minuti. Sebbene sia tutto recintato, i muretti sono bassi ed i cani possono uscire. I miei sono tranquilli e non ho avuto problemi. L'aggiunta di una rete potrebbe garantire maggiore sicurezza. L'esperienza è stata positiva e la settimana è volata!

Un paradiso per due

La posizione è perfetta per visitare tutte le meravigliose spiaggia della Corsica del sud. La casa è un gioiellino dove si respira tutto l’amore che Francesca mette nelle cose che fa. Ampi spazi all’esterno dotati di ogni comfort per trascorrere una serata di pace con vista spettacolare sulla baia di San Cipriano. Cena con tramonto e un bicchiere di vino..il mio sogno divenuto realtà. La casa è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari . Francesca ha arredato il tutto pensando a noi donne, che in vacanza portiamo un sacco di cose ( e poi non mettiamo 😂) , ed è piena di armadi , contenitori e tanti begli appoggi per ogni necessità. Non mancano piatti , posate ecc. la proprietaria è sempre disponibile e raggiungibile per ogni informazione necessaria e poi ha il suo asso nella manica che è Antonella, la ragazza che sanifica e pulisce la casa alla perfezione. Avrei tante cose da dire ma credo di aver già detto ciò che è fondamentale. Una vacanza splendida! Grazie Francesca per non aver tradito le aspettative e per la gentilezza dimostrata ❤️
