Stay was ok, location was convenient. Hotel had some WiFi connectivity issues in the top floor for one day. There was also a small leak from the airco. The water kept falling into side of the basin and kept dripping onto the floor. Apart from that everything was fine. Food was alright and checkin and check out process was easy.

Staff were lovely! Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard buffet but tasted delicious and we constantly replenished. Hotel was standard cheap and cheerful - satisfactory for a 2 night stay to explore Leeds and a day trip over to York.

I didnt agree with paying for parking the staff were amazing and so friendly i also booked a room with a double bed and sofa bed but only had a room with double bed it was also quite noisy as lots of door banging But the breakfast was amazing and a great variety Not located either by a local shop

Small car park for the size of the hotel, which would be an issue when the hotel is close to capacity. Front desk staff were polite and efficient in dealing with customers and eager to assist with queries. Paying for parking is done on a large screen next to reception and is easy to use and the discount code issued by the hotel takes the sting out of what the full price would be. Our room (504) was adequate for our needs and our expectations were not unrealistic for a cheap budget hotel. The breakfast was good, however the selection is not extensive.
